Ask your AI assistant about your bookings

DatePick's MCP server connects your booking calendar to Claude, ChatGPT and any other assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Ask who's in tomorrow, which slots are open Saturday or which clients haven't been back in two months.

What you get

What DatePick and MCP server do together

01

Plain-English questions

Ask how many bookings you had last month by service, who's on tomorrow's list with phone numbers, or which teammate is busiest this week. The assistant answers from your live data.

02

Tools the assistant understands

The server exposes clear tools: list bookings, check availability, look up a customer and list services. The assistant picks the right one and shows you which it used.

03

Read-only unless you say so

Out of the box the assistant can look but not change anything. Access uses a DatePick token that's scoped to your store and can be revoked in one click.

04

Works with the tools you use

MCP is an open standard supported by Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and a growing list of assistants, so you're not tied to one AI vendor.

FAQ

MCP server questions

What is an MCP server?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools and data. DatePick's MCP server lets an assistant look up your bookings, availability and customers when you ask it to.

Which AI assistants can connect?

Any client that supports remote MCP servers, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. Check your assistant's plan, as some only offer custom connectors on certain tiers.

Can the AI change or cancel bookings?

Not by default. The connection is read-only, so the assistant can answer questions but can't edit, cancel or create bookings.

Is my customer data used to train AI models?

DatePick only sends the data needed to answer your question to the assistant you connect. How that assistant handles data depends on its own policy and your plan with it.
