What DatePick and Webhooks do together

Nine events, pick the ones you need

booking.created, confirmed, declined, rescheduled, canceled and completed, plus customer.created, subscription.created and subscription.canceled. Subscribe each endpoint only to what it handles.

A signature on every request

Each delivery includes an X-DatePick-Signature header: a timestamp and an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and raw body, made with that endpoint's secret. Recompute it on your side and reject anything that doesn't match.

Up to 10 endpoints

Send bookings to your ERP, a Make or n8n scenario and a staging server at the same time. Each endpoint has its own URL, event list, secret and on/off switch.

Test before you go live

Send a test event from Settings and see the status code your server returned. Deliveries wait up to 10 seconds for a response, so do the heavy work after you reply.

Webhooks questions

How do I verify a DatePick webhook?

Read the t and v1 values from the X-DatePick-Signature header, compute an HMAC-SHA256 of t, a dot and the raw request body using your endpoint's secret, and compare it with v1 in constant time. Reject old timestamps to stop replays.

Which events can I subscribe to?

Booking created, confirmed, declined, rescheduled, canceled and completed, customer created, and subscription created and canceled. Each endpoint chooses its own list.

Can I send webhooks to Make, n8n or Pipedream?

Yes. Any tool that gives you a public HTTPS URL can receive DatePick webhooks, so automation platforms work out of the box.
