How often does Airbnb sync calendars?

Airbnb refreshes imported calendars about every three hours. DatePick checks your Airbnb link more often, so Airbnb bookings appear in your store quickly.

Does iCal sync prevent every double booking?

It prevents almost all of them, but calendar links aren't instant. During the few hours before Airbnb refreshes, the same night could in rare cases be booked in both places, so keep a short gap for last-minute bookings.

Do guest names and prices sync?

No. Airbnb's calendar links only share which dates are taken. Guest details and prices stay in each platform.
