Works with every calendar
iCalendar is the open standard behind subscribe-by-URL, supported by Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird, Fantastical and many more.

Every teammate and every location gets a private .ics link. Paste it into Apple Calendar, Google, Outlook or any app that supports iCal, and bookings show up there automatically.

What you get
01
iCalendar is the open standard behind subscribe-by-URL, supported by Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Thunderbird, Fantastical and many more.
02
Give each teammate a link with just their bookings, or subscribe to a shop-wide feed on the front-desk computer or a wall display.
03
Feed links are long and random. If one is shared by mistake, reset it and the old link stops working straight away.
04
Show full customer details for your own calendar, or only service and time for a feed you share with a contractor.
Set up
In DatePick, open Team › a teammate › Calendar sync, or Settings for the shop-wide feed, and copy the .ics link.
In your calendar app, choose Add calendar › From URL (or Subscribe) and paste the link.
Your calendar app checks the link on its own schedule and adds new bookings.
Made for
Staff on any calendar app, even ones without a sign-in option, can see their bookings with a single link.
Subscribe a shared screen to the shop-wide feed so everyone can see today's classes and appointments at a glance.
Give a visiting instructor a read-only feed of only the sessions they're teaching, without an account in your admin.
