Is Brevo the same as Sendinblue?

Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo in 2023. If you used Sendinblue, the DatePick Brevo integration is the one you want.

Can bookings trigger WhatsApp messages in Brevo?

Yes, if your Brevo account has WhatsApp set up. Start an automation on a DatePick event and add a WhatsApp step. Brevo requires approved templates for WhatsApp.

Which booking details reach Brevo?

Service, teammate, start time and timezone, price, currency and a link to manage the booking, plus the customer's contact details.
