Outlook Calendar questions
Do I need Microsoft 365, or does Outlook.com work?
Both work for calendar sync. Teams meeting links are the one thing that need a Microsoft 365 work or school account.
Why is a direct connection better than subscribing to a calendar link?
Outlook only refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours, and sometimes less often. Signing in with Microsoft updates bookings within moments and also lets busy time block slots.
Will my meeting titles be visible to customers?
No. DatePick only uses whether a time is busy. Meeting titles and details are never shown.
