FAQ
Microsoft Teams questions
Can I create Teams links with a personal Outlook.com account?
No. Microsoft only allows Teams meetings to be created by work or school (Microsoft 365) accounts. Personal accounts can still use Outlook calendar sync.
Does my IT admin need to approve DatePick?
Possibly. Some organisations require admin consent for new apps. If you see an approval screen when signing in, send the request to your admin.
Do customers need Teams installed?
No. Customers can join a Teams meeting from a web browser without installing anything.
