Ten metrics, every booking moment
Booking Placed, Confirmed, Declined, Rescheduled, Cancelled, Checked In, Reminder, Ended, Follow Up and Package Purchased. Switch each one on or off, and they appear in Klaviyo as DatePick metrics.

Connect Klaviyo with a private API key and every booking moment becomes a metric you can build on: placed, confirmed, rescheduled, checked in, ended, followed up and more. Reminder, aftercare and win-back flows write themselves.

What you get
01
Booking Placed, Confirmed, Declined, Rescheduled, Cancelled, Checked In, Reminder, Ended, Follow Up and Package Purchased. Switch each one on or off, and they appear in Klaviyo as DatePick metrics.
02
Booking Reminder fires before the appointment and Follow Up fires after it, so reminder and review-request flows run at the right moment without date maths in Klaviyo.
03
Each event carries the service, start date and local time, timezone, booking number and shop name. Use them in subject lines, conditional blocks and segments.
04
Copy ready-made confirmation, reschedule, reminder and follow-up emails that are already wired to DatePick's event properties, then restyle them in Klaviyo.
Set up
In Klaviyo, go to Settings › API keys and create a private key (it starts with pk_).
Open Settings › Klaviyo, paste the key, test the connection and choose your events.
In Klaviyo, create a flow triggered by any DatePick metric, or start from our templates.
Made for
Six weeks after Booking Ended, send a rebooking nudge with the stylist's name and a direct link back to their calendar.
Trigger an aftercare email on Checked In with tips for that treatment, then recommend the products your therapist used.
Send a review request on Follow Up, and build a segment of people who booked twice for your next course launch.
