Server-side, so nothing gets lost
DatePick sends the conversion from our server through Meta's Conversions API. Ad blockers, iOS tracking prompts and closed tabs don't stop it reaching your ads account.

Every booking is sent to Meta as a Schedule conversion straight from our server, with its value and a hashed email and phone for matching. Ad blockers and browser privacy settings can't hide it.

What you get
01
DatePick sends the conversion from our server through Meta's Conversions API. Ad blockers, iOS tracking prompts and closed tabs don't stop it reaching your ads account.
02
Bookings arrive as Schedule, the standard event Meta defines for someone booking an appointment. Use it to optimise campaigns, build audiences and report on cost per booking.
03
Each event carries the booking's price, currency and service name, so you can see return on ad spend by service and bid for the bookings that matter most.
04
The customer's email and phone are normalised and SHA-256 hashed before they leave our server, which helps Meta match the booking to an ad click without sharing raw details.
Set up
In Meta Events Manager, copy your Pixel (dataset) ID and generate a Conversions API access token.
Open Settings › Tracking pixels, add the ID and token, and switch Meta on.
Make a test booking and watch the Schedule event arrive in Events Manager.
Made for

FAQ
Schedule. Meta defines it as a person booking an appointment, and DatePick sends it for every booking. Your paid Shopify checkouts still report Purchase through Shopify's own Facebook & Instagram channel.
No. DatePick sends the booking ID as the event ID, so Meta can deduplicate a browser event and a server event for the same booking.
Browser tracking misses conversions when visitors use ad blockers or decline tracking. A server event reaches Meta regardless, which gives its ad delivery more complete data.
Only in hashed form. Email and phone are normalised and SHA-256 hashed before sending, which is the format Meta requires for matching.
