Omnisend questions
Why isn't the DatePick event in Omnisend's trigger list?
Omnisend only lists a custom event after it has been received once. Use the test button in DatePick or make a test booking, then refresh the automation editor.
Can Omnisend send SMS appointment reminders?
Yes. Omnisend automations support SMS, so you can text customers off a DatePick booking event. SMS consent rules still apply.
Do I need both DatePick's reminders and Omnisend's?
No. Use DatePick's built-in reminders, or switch them off and send everything through Omnisend. Pick whichever keeps your messages in one place.
