SMS questions
How much do SMS reminders cost?
Texts draw on prepaid SMS credits. The cost depends on the destination country and length; messages over 160 characters, or with emoji, are sent as more than one segment.
What happens when a customer replies STOP?
They're opted out of further text messages. Their bookings keep working, and they still get email updates.
Can I send both SMS and WhatsApp?
Yes. Choose the channels for each service. Some shops use WhatsApp for regulars and SMS as the fallback.
